Constancia Apartments

Dear Guests,

Welcome to Constancia Apartments, located in the very heart of Odesa on the famous Derybasivska Street. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to read our accommodation policies before your arrival.

💳 Booking

To guarantee your reservation, a prepayment of UAH 1,000 is required.

After making the payment, please complete one of the following steps:

* send a photo or scanned copy of your payment receipt to our manager via messenger;
* or notify the manager about your payment on the same day you contacted them.

This allows us to promptly confirm your payment and secure your reservation.

‼️ If the payment receipt or confirmation is not provided on the day the payment is made, the reservation may be considered invalid, and the apartment may become available for other guests.

📌 Security Deposit

A security deposit of UAH 2,000 is required upon check-in.

The deposit is a mandatory condition of your stay and will be fully refunded on the day of check-out after the apartment has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred, all house rules have been followed, and no property has been damaged.

📌 Cancellation Policy

* Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the check-in date.
* Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night’s stay.

🛏 Guests Accommodation

Only the number of guests specified at the time of booking is permitted to stay in the apartment.

Additional guests are allowed only with prior approval from the administration and may incur an additional charge.

If this policy is violated, the administration reserves the right to:

* charge an additional accommodation fee;
* or refuse check-in without refunding the prepayment.

🕐 Check-in & Check-out

* Check-in: from 2:00 PM
* Check-out: until 12:00 PM (noon)
* Late check-out is charged as an additional night’s stay.

🔇 Quiet Hours

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM and respect both other guests and the residents of the building.

🚫 Prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited inside the apartment:

* 🚭 Smoking;
* 🐾 Staying with pets;
* ☣️ Storing hazardous or dangerous substances;
* 🔨 Damaging property;
* 🔑 Handing over keys to third parties;
* ⚠️ Disturbing public order.

🔑 Check-out Procedure

Before departure, the apartment will be inspected, and the keys must be returned to the administrator or the designated representative.
